“In conceiving ‘Reflection on the Sea’ towers one and two, particular emphasis was placed on the north facing ocean view aspects and the rejuvenation of the Marine Parade precinct”, he said.

“Our design team at Niecon worked closely with Architect Omiros Emmanouilides to create landmark buildings capturing the essence of Coolangatta. With construction of the first tower already under way, releasing the second tower will reinforce the change the development will have on Coolangatta”.

Acclaimed Melbourne Architect, Omiros Emmanouilides, who specialises in environmentally sustainable design, has captured the fundamental nature of beach lifestyle in both of the tower’s inspired designs, translating the extraordinary beauty of the northerly ocean views into a year-round benefit for future residents.

“The external form of both buildings has a rhythmic flow and vertical escarpments. This presents a gentle sculptural element that appears consistently different from all vantage points,“ he said.

“Linking Reflection on the Sea’s two towers together will create a new urban beachfront café society precinct unique to the Gold Coast,” he said.

Broadbeach Chamber of Commerce President Don Jones says he is excited by the proposed future developments in Broadbeach that are set to expand the CBD.

“There are many proposals for future development in Broadbeach like the extension of the Broadbeach Monorail and future residential and retail developments including Niecon Development’s new project on the Charles Avenue site,” Mr Jones said.
