“The design of the building is of the highest quality and the views will be breathtaking from our apartment on the sixth floor.
COOLANGATTA SET TO TRANSFORM WITH LAUNCH OF
TWO LUXURY NIECON DEVELOPMENTS ON RARE BEACHFRONT SITE
Queensland’s most southern coastal beach suburb is set to be transformed with the launch of two luxury residential and retail high-rise developments on one of Australia’s last remaining north facing oceanfront sites - Greenmount Beach, Coolangatta.
Located on the last remaining high-rise beachfront site in Coolangatta, ‘Reflection on the Sea’ and ‘Essence’ are the latest luxury developments to be launched by Niecon Developments who are celebrating 35 successful years of operation within the property development industry.

When completed, ‘Reflection on the Sea’ and ‘Essence’ will create a unique upmarket residential and retail precinct that will transform Coolangatta’s renowned Marine Parade strip into a vibrant shopping and dining district. Local residents and visitors to the area will enjoy the ultimate alfresco dining experience with sweeping ocean views.
The two innovative towers, by virtue of their location at the Greenmount end of Marine Parade, enjoy panoramic views from Mt Warning to Moreton Island and from Point Danger to Cook Island, taking in the entire Gold Coast coastline north to Surfers Paradise.

Niecon Developments Settle
Highly Sought After Broadbeach High Rise Site
Award-winning Niecon Developments is set to transform a highly sought after block of land at Broadbeach into a major residential and retail complex meeting the high demand for prestigious apartments in a cosmopolitan CDB area.
Niecon Developments have secured the holding of the 11,943 square metre site following three years of extensive negotiating with 80 separate property owners.
The planned $650 million residential and retail development, subject to council approval, is located on a city block south of the Oasis Shopping Centre and will provide a major public benefit for the Broadbeach community and infrastructure.

Niecon Developments’ CEO Con Nikiforides says the site bordered by Charles Avenue, Surf Parade and Elizabeth Avenue represents a unique opportunity to expand the existing Broadbeach CBD.
“It’s almost impossible to assemble a site of this size in such a central location. We have now started partial clearing in readiness for the proposed development that will continue the evolution of the Broadbeach area,” Mr Nikiforides said.
“As the gentrification of the area continues, we are seeing strong demand for apartment living in Broadbeach evidenced by strong sales in recent projects such as Ultra, The Wave, Air on Broadbeach and Verve,” he said.
