Niecon Developments Record Sales ‘Reflection Tower Two’ in Coolangatta
Award-winning Niecon Developments has reported more than $60 Million in sales for its Reflection Tower Two project since its launch in January this year.
The $130 million development has sold 50% of its 128 apartments making the 20-level tower home to the fastest selling apartments in the Coolangatta precinct.
Niecon Developments Operation Manager Derek Nicholson said buyers are purchasing the apartments in Reflection Tower Two because of the development’s innovative architectural design, quality lifestyle apartments and opulent interior finishes.
“Every apartment enjoys coastal panoramic views stretching across Moreton Island and Cook Island; encompassing the entire Gold Coast coastline to Surfers Paradise,” he said.
“The strong sales results we have received since launching Reflection Tower Two indicates the continued demand for quality lifestyle apartments in Coolangatta,” Mr Nicholson said.

“Sales have ranged from one plus one bedroom apartments selling for an average price of $780,000, two bedroom apartments selling for an average price of $900,000 and two plus one bedroom apartments selling for an average price of $1.2 million,” he said.
“40% of buyers are from Brisbane and the Gold Coast confirming the local confidence in the Gold Coast property market. The remaining buyers are predominantly from New South Wales and Victoria with international purchasers originating from New Zealand, Greece, UK, Japan and South Africa,” he said.
