The developer of Coolangatta’s Reflection by the Sea beachfront towers has three buyers dangling on a string, but not for an apartment. The buyers have eager eyes on a $750,000 sales suite built for Reflection’s Tower Two by Niecon Developments.
They each want to write out a cheque, put the suite on a transporter, and take it away to use as a beach-house.

Niecon, the group behind Reflections, is willing to sell the suite but the timing of a sale, the price, and a decision on a buyer are up in the air.
“It comes down to our sales progress at Reflection Tower Two,” says operations manager Derek Nicholson.
“Sales are really bubbling along so decision day on the suite may not be too far down the track.

“We are elated that the quality we’ve put into the suite is being recognized by those who visit it,” says Mr. Nicholson. “The suite is intended to illustrate the standards we are setting with the Reflection apartments. We’ve ended up with a bonus — three buyers who want to call it their home at the beach. They are in love with the design and quality of the suite.
That’s not surprising, as it has been a hit with apartment buyers and has contributed greatly to the sales success of Reflection Tower Two.”
