Coffee Club signs on for retail space at Reflection on the Sea
National chain the Coffee Club is the latest high-profile tenant announced for the Gold Coast’s first beachfront retail precinct – at the twin-tower Reflection on the Sea project at Coolangatta. The franchise outlet will be operated by husband and wife Russell Bilson and Julie-Anne Lean and will open before Christmas.
Last month it was announced that a new concept McDonald’s restaurant would open at Reflection.
Derek Nicholson, the operations manager for Niecon Developments, the company behind the upmarket Reflection towers, says Niecon will soon be announcing other leases involving groups with an international presence.
The Coffee Club outlet will have a floor area of 147 square meters, plus adjoining alfresco space. It will overlook Greenmount beach and customers will be able to look north across the ocean to the Surfers Paradise skyline.
