The Oracle Broadbeach
Niecon Developments is poised to lift Broadbeach’s reputation as the Gold Coast’s favorite family destination to new heights by undertaking a world-class $750 million residential and retail complex of international standard.
This week the company is launching stage one of the Oracle, a project which will include ‘exquisitely beautiful’ 40 and 50-level apartment towers that will crown the Broadbeach skyline.
“The Oracle will be like a breath of fresh air, adding new luxury, allure and vitality to Broadbeach,” says Niecon CEO Con Nikiforides. “It will become a new destination for families and visitors alike and will be a landmark that can be seen from far and wide.”
The sensual towers, sitting on a near-whole city block on the southern side of The Oasis shopping centre, will be home to almost 550 luxury apartments.
The towers will be separated by a three-level upmarket retail, alfresco dining and commercial precinct that Niecon says will become the classy centre of the Broadbeach CBD.
