Oracle Beach Apartments
Luxury Broadbeach project The Oracle is proving a stunning success for Niecon Developments, chalking up $150 million in sales since its January launch.
Niecon says the rush for apartments in the 50-level beachfront tower might spur it into bringing forward the release of the second of The Oracle’s towers, originally scheduled for 2007.
CEO Con Nikiforides says the market reception to The Oracle, the fastest-selling project on the Gold Coast, has far exceeded Niecon’s expectations.
More than half of the originally planned 300 apartments in tower one have sold. Several buyers have chosen to amalgamate apartments, reducing the number of apartments in the tower to 275.
Mr Nikiforides says the strong sales confirm Niecon’s view that The Oracle is being built on the best development site on the Gold Coast.
“The Oracle buyers are astute people who recognise that the location is blue-chip and acknowledge that Niecon is a proven performer when it comes to delivering apartments that offer exceptional quality.
“We have made our luxury mark with the Aqua and Reflection on the Sea projects and we intend that The Oracle will raise the bar even higher.
“The Oracle will be like a breath of fresh air, adding new luxury, allure and vitality to Broadbeach.”
