Niecon executives supported Australian racing icon Bill Waterhouse’s Queensland Book launch on Friday, buying up copies of the latest tell-all sensation.
With a bevy of Gold Coast Corporate kings in attendance at the premier luncheon, Niecon CEO Con Nikiforides, met up with management from The Oracle’s engineering firm, Robert Bird Group and development architect, Barry Lee from DBI as well as state and federal politicians.
About 150 guests heard from Bill Waterhouse about his adventures from his dealings with the likes of Kerry Packer and Sir Frank Duval.
Niecon Developments has announced the appointment of Josh Hall as a Consultant Leasing Executive.
Previously from Ray White Broadbeach, Josh brings extensive experience to this new role where he will specialise in the retail and commercial leasing of the Company’s prestigious Broadbeach site, The Oracle.
During his successful 11 year career with Ray White Commercial, Josh specialised in the leasing of high-end retail projects including Oasis Shopping Centre, Marina Mirage and Q Super Centre.
Whilst at Ray White, Josh achieved the #1 ‘commercial leasing agent’ title within the international network in 2006 and 2007. He was also named as the #1 Gold Coast Leasing Agent five years in a row.
Having achieved a place in the top five Commercial Sales agents in 2006, 2007 and 2008 has recognized Josh for his strong abilities and professional contact base within the commercial property market.
He already has vast knowledge of Niecon’s brand having been involved with the leasing of the retail at Reflections On The Sea and Reflections Tower Two on Coolangatta’s beachfront.
Josh is based at The Oracle Sales Centre in the Wave Building at Broadbeach.
