Reflection Tower Coolangatta
Niecon Developments’ Reflection Tower Two
‘Reflection Tower Two’ is a timeless residential and retail high-rise that will deliver the next phase in modern beachfront living and the rejuvenation of Marine Parade, Coolangatta.
Facing north to the winter sun and summer breezes, Reflection Tower Two will enjoy coastal panoramic views stretching from Mt Warning to Moreton Island and from Point Danger to Cook Island; encompassing the entire Gold Coast coastline to Surfers Paradise on one of Australia’s last remaining north facing high-rise sites.
The innovative 20 level tower will grace a 3,347 square metre site adjoining ‘Reflection on the Sea’ Tower 1 which was released in January this year.
‘Reflection Tower Two’ mirrors the quality and innovative design elements of the first tower with complete ocean views from each of its luxury apartments.
‘Reflection Tower Two’ offers a variety of one and two bedroom plus study apartment layouts ranging in size from 111 to 181 square metres, a three bedroom sub-penthouse and three two level penthouse’s ranging from 316 to 437 square metres.
Acclaimed Melbourne Architect, Omiros Emmanouilides, who specialises in environmentally sustainable design, has captured the essence of beach lifestyle in both of the tower’s inspired designs, translating the extraordinary beauty of the northerly ocean views into a year-round benefit for future residents.

“The emphasis in designing ‘Reflection Tower Two’ was to capture the views through every aspect of the building. The north facing site is a rare commodity which is the reason we have maximised the viewpoint from each luxury apartment and penthouse,” he said.
“The building is a reflection of its surrounding coastal environment with soft curvaceous design elements, ocean blue and green colour schemes and lush landscapes that imitates the beauty of the rolling waves and sandy dune formations,” said Mr Emmanouilides
Niecon Operations Manager, Derek Nicholson said a distinguishing design characteristic of the development will be the beachside retail precinct of 20 tenancies offering views over Greenmount beach.
“Linking Reflection on the Sea’s two towers together will create a new urban beachfront café society precinct unique to the Gold Coast,” he said.
‘Reflection Tower Two’ residents will have a multitude of recreational choices at their doorstep ranging from the shopping and dining facilities on the ground floor to the Executive Residents Lounge which features a pool table, theatrette, library, private bar and personal wine lockers.
A lap pool, sundeck, heated spa, sauna, steam room, gymnasium, teppanyaki grill pavilion and a zen garden, will be located on the podium level.
‘Reflection Tower Two’ is centrally located at the gateway to northern New South Wales with the international Airport ten minutes away, Byron Bay less than a 35 minutes drive, Surfers Paradise 30 minutes away and the magnificent Tweed Valley just around the corner.
